Internet Safety class offered at Library March 8
The Denver Public Library will hold a class on Staying Safe Online. The class will take place on Thursday, March 8 at 6:30. Participants will learn how to change their privacy settings, set secure passwords, be alert to phishing emails and other Internet dangers.

The class is free to attend, but pre-registration is suggested by calling the library at 984-5140.

This class is part of a series of technology classes that are being held at the seven libraries throughout Bremer County. Funding for these classes has been provided by the county. Each class is taught by a qualified instructor.

Brochures on classes available for the winter/spring session can be picked up at the library or viewed on the Denver Library’s website at www.denver.lib.ia.us.
