Gary Lee Konarske
Gary Lee Konarske passed away peacefully at the of age 71 on Monday, November 19, 2018, in San Antonio, Texas.

He was born January 20, 1947, in Denver Iowa, to Elden and Elsie Konarske. He is survived by his wife Leslie Konarske, sister Nancy [Denny] Schneider, God given daughter and granddaughter Ericka and Aleksaun'dria, biological son and daughter Jon and Kristen, grandchildren, nieces [Angela Montgomery [Jason], and [Melissa Steuve [Travis], great nieces and nephews, cousins [Rex and Joann], Jim [Roberta], and many friends.

He was a devoted Christian, husband, father, grandfather, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, and a true Soldier for the Lord. He was employed at S.C. Johnson and Son, Inc. over 25 years as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Global Marketing. Gary taught at the University of the Incarnate Word San Antonio, Texas as a Business and Marketing Professor over 12 years.

Gary was a loyal and dedicated Green Bay Packer's fan and a long-time member of Promise Keepers. He enjoyed bible study, gardening, long distance cycling, fishing, and loved spending time with his three fur babies [Co-Co, Sah'ra, and Zo'e].

Gary [Papa Gary] will be missed by all for his kind and generous heart, love of God, dry sense of humor and love for people. He touched and impacted many lives throughout this life.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 28, 2018 from 9: 00a.m - 11:00a.m. at Saint Paul United Church of Christ in Denver with the funeral service beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Denver.
