Phone-a-thon will be Mon., Tues., March 20 and 21
The Denver Cyclone Scholarship Foundation will be holding their annual Phone-A-Thon Monday, March 20 and Tuesday, March 21 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Denver High School students will be making telephone calls asking for donations to help fund scholarships for further education. Community support helped the Scholarship Foundation award $104,000 in scholarships last year and the students hope to surpass that amount this year.

The Denver Scholarship program was first organized in 1990 under the direction of Ron Knudson and, since that time, has awarded $317,500 to more than 405 students pursuing post-secondary education.

If you would like to make a tax-deductable donation, you may send it to: Denver Cyclone Scholarship Foundation, P.O. Box 202, Denver, IA 50622. You can also donate via PayPal through the foundation’s website at www.DenverCycloneScholarships.com.
The Denver Cyclone Scholarship Foundation and our Denver High School students would like to thank the community for their continued generous support.
