Raising healthy, happy kids starts with healthy, happy parents

10 Tips for Being a Healthy, Happy Parent During Summer and the School Year

Try to prioritize:

• 7–9 hours of sleep (when possible)

• Regular meals and plenty of water

• Daily movement, even if it’s just a 10-minute walk

• Time to recharge through hobbies, reading, or quiet moments
